AP PUMPING AGITATORS

Ducted propeller agitators for powerful liquid handling. For decentralised installation in tanks. The design feature of AP agitators is the insertion of a cantilevered shaft inside a suction pipe: this assembly transforms the agitator into an axial pump (or thrust agitator) making it ideal for moving large quantities of liquid with small differences in height. They are used to stabilise solutions or to avoid the stratification that can occur when mixing different liquids. A typical field of application is the surface treatment of metals (galvanic baths and pickling, among many others), where they are chosen when in the process tanks it is necessary to maintain uniform chemical and physical characteristics of the baths (both in terms of temperature and concentration).
