Diaphragm pumps

DESIGN AND PRODUCTION OF diaphragm PUMPS

DOUBLE MEMBRANE PUMPS

Air-operated diaphragm pumps. With extremely compact dimensions, they are perfect for small industrial spaces. They are made of plastic or metal to meet the many requirements of industrial pumping (they are also made of conductive materials). BX Series double diaphragm pumps have adjustable performance and self-priming capability. They can be used in potentially explosive environments (areas requiring Atex certification) or when there is a risk of dry pumping. These pneumatic pumps are widely used for handling: aggressive chemicals, dense and viscous industrial liquids, abrasive fluids, dirty fluids with suspended solids, explosive or flammable liquids.

Technical specifications

  • Maximum flow rate: 800 l/min.
  • Maximum pressure: 8 bar.
  • Acid-proof plastic materials: PP, PVDF, ECTFE.
  • Metal materials for special uses: aluminium and steel.
  • Compact design ideal for small industrial spaces.
  • Possibility of operation without liquid (dry pumping).
  • Positive displacement pumps characterised by pulsating flow.
  • Suitable for use in explosive environments (Atex certification).

PLASTIC Diaphragm pumps

Double diaphragm pumps made of corrosion-resistant thermoplastic materials (PP, PVDF, ECTFE). Without metal parts in contact with the liquid. Suitable for handling acids, corrosive chemicals, aggressive solutions, dense fluids, viscous products, galvanic baths, inks, enamels, dyes, latex, silicones, resins...

Metal diaphragm pumps

Diaphragm pumps in steel and aluminium. Some fluids compatible with the metallic version: weak industrial liquids, flammable liquids, paints, solvents, fuels, oils, liquids at high temperatures. The BX pumps are also available with hygienic design (electro-polished AISI 316) for food and cosmetic uses (FDA certification).
